  • If you would like to volunteer at the Sydney Ultra Marathon, you can do so by filling out our contact form. Thank you

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other significant disruptions, the organisers will make every effort to reschedule the Sydney Ultra Marathons

    If the event is postponed, participants will be eligible for the following options:

    • Run the new race date.

    • Partial refund.

    • Defer to the next year.

    We will ensure timely communication of all updates and announcements through our website, email notifications, and social media platforms. Additionally, we will be conducting regular reviews of the trail conditions in the lead-up to the event to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

  • If you would like to request a refund, please fill out the confirmation form asking for the 60% refund.

    Please allow up to 7 business days for this request to be actioned.

    Our refund policy is as follows: 

    • 60% of entry fees are refundable if requested before July 1, 2026.

    • Entries can be deferred if requested before July 1, 2026.

    • After July 1, 2026, no refunds or deferrals will be granted.

    • No refunds apply to non-starters or non-finishers.

    • Refund requests must be emailed; please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • You may transfer your registration to another runner up to Tuesday, July 14, 2026. No exceptions will be made after this date.

    To complete a transfer:

    1. Log in to your Njuko Dashboard using the link in your initial confirmation email.

    2. Enter the new runner’s email address in the transfer box to initiate the transfer process.

    All transfers must be completed through the Njuko platform.

    180 Cadence does not handle or mediate payments between runners transferring entries. Any financial arrangement is strictly between the parties involved.

  • You can change your competition prior to the 20th of July (unless a competition sells out prior). 

    To change your competition, please logon to your Njuko Dashboard and follow the steps in the change competition box.

    You can get your Njuko Dashboard login details from the initial confirmation email.

    Notes:

    • When upgrading to a high distance competition (example: going from the SUM 30 to the SUM 100) you must pay the difference. 

    • When down grounding to a lower distance (example: going from the SUM 50 to the SUM 30) you will not be refunded the difference. 

    • If a competition is sold out, you cannot transfer your entry to the sold out competition.
