In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other significant disruptions, the organisers will make every effort to reschedule the Sydney Ultra Marathons
If the event is postponed, participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled date will be eligible for a partial refund. They will have the option to transfer their entry to a future event. We will ensure timely communication of all updates and announcements through our website, email notifications, and social media platforms.
Additionally, we will be conducting regular reviews of the trail conditions in the lead-up to the event to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Our refund policy is as follows:
75% of entry fees are refundable prior to 13th of July 2025.
You can defer your entry at no cost prior to 13th of July 2025
You can transfer your entry to another runner at no cost prior to 24th of July 2025. See transfer details below.
After 13th of July 2025, we do not offer refunds.
After 13th of July 2025, you cannot defer your entry.
After 24th of July 2025, you cannot transfer your entry to someone else.
Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers.

You can transfer your registration to anyone prior to the 24th of July 2025.
To transfer your registration, please logon to your Njuko Dashboard and enter the new runners email into the transfer box.
You can get your Njuko Dashboard login details from the initial confirmation email.
Note: We do not handled payments between runners looking to transfer race entries.

You can change your competition prior to the 24th of July (unless a competition sells out prior).
To change your competition, please logon to your Njuko Dashboard and follow the steps in the change competition box.

Note:
When upgrading to a high distance competition (example: going from the SUM 30 to the SUM 80) you must pay the different.
When down grounding to a lower distance (example: going from the SUM 50 to the SUM 30) you will note be refunded the difference.
If a competition is sold out, you cannot transfer your entry to the sold out competition.
